When booking, choose the special room category called “Mystery Escape by El Dorado Resorts” available in the reservation engine.

3. Receive Your Resort Assignment
Your assigned resort and suite category will be revealed by email within 7 business days after booking.

4. Travel to Riviera Maya
Arrive ready to enjoy a surprise all-inclusive experience with the signature hospitality and More Inclusive™ benefits of El Dorado Resorts.
